Indimi Acquires DailyRating.com
According to Indimi, DailyRating will still be accessible through its central Web site, as well as through new cross-promotion and synergy throughout the Indimi network. Indimi said it will look to build DailyRating as its own consumer brand, but it will still fall under the Indimi consumer network. DailyRating will have access to Indimi's technology as well as the opportunity to cross-promote with other Indimi consumer brands.
DailyRating allows its users to track aspects of their lives by utilizing daily e-mails. Its subscribers select the habits or issues they want to track daily, such as eating or sleeping habits, smoking and exercise. DailyRating then e-mails its users daily questions to monitor the behavior or issues. It tracks the progression of the behavior with a continually updated graph, which the viewer can view along with their journal entries on the DailyRating Web site.
According to Indimi, DailyRating will eventually use Indimi's technology to add audio and visual marketing messages to the e-mails that it sends to its users. Indimi specializes in producing and running viral e-mail marketing campaigns. There are currently no campaigns underway or in the development stage. Neither firm would disclose the total number of DailyRating's subscribers.
