Hill Holliday Signs Up for WebDialogs

Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, Boston, has signed a reseller deal with WebDialogs to enhance clients' customer interaction online.

Using technology from WebDialogs, Billerica, MA, Hill Holliday's clients will benefit from interaction with online visitors through real-time voice and data collaboration.

Customer service representatives at Hill Holliday's clients will use WebDialogs' WebInteract 3.0 service.

Hill Holliday's customer relationship management services group in Framingham, MA, also will offer WebDialogs' products to clients. The division handles inbound and outbound telemarketing through a 75-seat call center.
