Eziba Signs Deals With Homeportfolio, EthnicGrocer

Eziba.com, an e-tail site offering handcrafted goods, recently announced agreements with Homeportfolio.com and EthnicGrocer.com.

Eziba and Homeportfolio will create a co-branded Web site that will feature Eziba's merchandise, such as artifacts, apparel, gifts and toys. Homeportfolio, Newton, MA, also will provide its viewers with a link to Eziba within the home design site's "recommended" channel.

In the other agreement, Eziba and EthnicGrocer will enter into co-marketing and co-merchandizing efforts. For instance, EthnicGrocer will provide its viewers with a link to Eziba. Other details were not made available.

Eziba, Adams, MA, said the agreement was meant to strengthen its online presence as the e-tail market continues to undergo the shakeout of the past year. The firm said that the ethnic food products site and Homeportfolio share audiences with similar tastes.

Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
