DoubleClick said yesterday it added 16 clients for its Web site analytics product.

The new clients bring DoubleClick to 48 customers for SiteAdvance, its hosted Web measurement and analysis product. DoubleClick cited Fairfield Language Technologies and Ross-Simons as among the customers.

The New York ad technology company said 20 of SiteAdvance's clients use its DARTMail e-mail platform. Of the new deals, the company said, some are current DARTMail users while others are new clients.

DoubleClick integrated DARTMail and SiteAdvance in October as part of its effort to weave together its different automated marketing technologies. The integration lets clients track the Web site activity of customers reached through e-mail campaigns and re-jigger creative based on site behavior.

SiteAdvance, which DoubleClick introduced in June 2002, competes in the crowded Web analytics market with offerings from WebSideStory, NetIQ and others.
