AOL, Form Strategic Alliance

America Online, Dulles, VA, and said yesterday that they have agreed to a $50 million multiyear pact.

AOL will distribute's Pay-for-Performance listings on the search result pages of AOL, and Netscape Netcenter., Pasadena, CA, will give AOL users access to its new Premium Listings Service, which includes Pay-For-Performance listings submitted by GoTo's base of 29,000 advertisers. It will be the exclusive Pay-For-Performance product on AOL-brand search areas.
