Links to drugstore.com will continue to run on Amazon.com through the first quarter of 2003 under a deal between the two sites.

Drugstore.com was the first company with links on Seattle-based Amazon's site. When it first inked the deal in 2000, drugstore.com agreed to pay Amazon $75 million in cash and the rest in stock.

According to the deal, links to the drugstore.com site will continue to run on Amazon. Shoppers can always return by clicking on the "Return to Amazon.com" link on drugstore.com.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the Bellevue, WA-based drugstore.com.
