The company has combined the Web sites, databases and technology of its American and European divisions to make this service available to direct marketers.
Senior vice-president Michael Rowsom said his company should appeal to American firms looking to launch a global Internet promotions campaign.
"American direct marketers do a lot of international advertising," Rowsom said. "It will allow them to capitalize more on their global efforts."
Rowsom added that his company plans to expand its direct marketing services to other regions.
