*DialAmerica Selects Brightware for E-Mail Response

DialAmerica Marketing Inc., a provider of outsourced call center services, said yesterday that it would deploy an e-mail response platform from Brightware Inc. in its customer contact services division.


DialAmerica, Mahwah, NJ, said it selected Email Assistance 4.0 from Brightware, Novato, CA, because of its ability to integrate with other systems and its intelligent automation technology that analyzes incoming messages and suggests canned responses.


DialAmerica is the largest privately owned operator of call centers in the country. It employs more than 10,000 agents and handles more than 250 million inbound and outbound calls annually.
