DesignerShoes.com Revamps Site For a Better Fit

Online retailer DesignerShoes.com redesigned its Web site with a new look and an increase in its product line of less common sized women's shoes.

The Boston-based firm's redesigned Web site at www.designershoes.com features 80,000 style and color combinations in women's hard-to-find sizes with 1,300 style and color options available in size 12M alone.

The firm also offers women's shoes in harder-to-find extra wide sizes from 6 to 15 and mediums from size 10.5 to 15.

The new site is geared towards the odd-sized consumer and lets customers search the inventory by size, width, color, heel height and brand or browse products by lifestyle collection and style. The redesign was handled internally.

DesignerShoes.com is one of many retailers selling shoes online, including 6pm.com, NordstromShoes.com, Zappos.com and JohnstonMurphy.com.
