Departures Ad Pages Lift 24 Percent

American Express Publishing Corp. reported that ad pages in the May/June issue of luxury lifestyle magazine Departures climbed 24 percent from last year.

The growth contributed to a 21 percent increase in paging for the first half of the year and a 25 percent increase in revenue, according to the New York publisher.

American Express Publishing produces Departures seven times a year and there are 11 international editions.

The magazine also will serve as media partner of this year's Auction Napa Valley, a wine auction for charities in Napa County, CA.
