Delta Confirms Instant Web Contract

Delta Air Lines awarded a three-year contract to The Instant Web Companies, Chanhassen, MN, for producing its SkyMiles frequent-flyer newsletters, statements and membership credentials.

The contract for fulfillment of core SkyMiles communications comes 10 months after Delta asked Instant Web to produce these materials. Besides handling membership credentials of Delta's SkyMiles general members, Instant Web also is responsible for the Medallion-level members and Million Milers.

With this award, Delta combines in a single source the provider of paper, plastics, envelope, inventory management, and lettershop and production needs. The use of one location cuts Delta's production cycle by two weeks.

Production is handled from Instant Web's Chanhassen base.
