Dell Starts 12-Month Interest-Free Promotion
Dell Inc. is offering 12-month no-interest financing for the first time in a promotion that began Jan. 3 and runs through Jan. 30."The offer will be included in the consumer catalogs to be distributed in January," Dell spokesperson Colleen Ryan said. "This is the first calendar year that we'll be in the LCD TV and digital music player space. We've had a solid response to consumer electronics offerings, and we're trying to make the products easier to purchase."
Items available for financing under the offer include personal computers, digital music players, software, printers and LCD televisions. Higher-end items such as servers are not included.
