Dell Now Offers Web Hosting Service
Dell Computer said yesterday it will offer Web site hosting to small businesses. The No. 2 personal computer manufacturer will provide customers with a variety of services, including Web site design, access to Dell servers and storage, and a choice of hosting packages for either dedicated or shared servers.Dell will charge $17.95 a month for shared hosting and $299 a month for dedicated hosting, with additional options for electronic service. The service will be available through a new Web site, www.dellhost.com.
