Delias Sells TSI Assets

Delias said yesterday that it has sold the assets of its TSI Soccer Corp. catalog and Internet operations to an undisclosed bidder.


The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.


The sale also includes delias' rights to the TSI Soccer trademark, domain name and customer files, as well as the assumption of certain liabilities.


The cataloger -- which markets apparel, accessories and home furnishings to teen-age girls and young women -- decided last year to divert TSI Soccer and to focus on its delia*s brand business.
