Delia's Completes Sale of gURL.com

Delia's Corp. said yesterday that it has completed the divestiture of all its gURL.com online assets to Primedia Inc.


The site will be integrated with Primedia's teen Internet initiative.


Stephen Kahn, CEO of Delia's, had previously said the sale of the properties would allow the company to streamline its operations and focus on Delia's branded, multichannel retailing business.


Delia's, which markets apparel, accessories and home furnishings to teen-age girls and young women, announced the sale of gURL.com earlier this year.
