Deal Enables Credit Card Purchases

E-Commerce Exchange, a credit card payment services firm, and Minotola National Bank, Vineland, NJ, have agreed to market a co-offering to ECX clients.


ECX, Irvine, CA, will offer its customer base Minotola's merchant accounts and services, which include transferring and monitoring funds for e-business transactions. ECX will handle customer support and service aspects of the co-offering.


Mike Fisher, senior vice president at ECX, said Minotola will receive transaction fees and merchant fees for the service. He would not divulge any further financial terms of the deal.


ECX has similar deals with First Bank of Beverly Hills and First Data Corp.
