InfoGroup files overdue reports with SEC

InfoGroup (formerly InfoUSA) filed overdue 10-K and 10-Q reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission today.

InfoGroup had not filed the federally required financial reports when they were due, in part, the company has said, because of an ongoing shareholder lawsuit. The SEC is also conducting an investigation of the company.

The NASDAQ stock market had told InfoGroup that the company's common stock is subject to delisting because it had not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31.

The company received a similar warning from the NASDAQ on April 2, when it failed a timely filing of its Form 10-K, an annual report required by the SEC, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007
