Database-GUYS, Spencerport, NY, this month made available its newest performance management tool, SQL-GUY, for DB2 UDB UNIX. SQL-GUY displays total and average CPU times and utilization percentages, total and average sort times and percentages, and total and average elapsed times and percentages along with frequency counts.


Results can be sorted on any criteria, with drill-down capability from Application IDs through package IDs to the statement level. Database-GUYS also announced the availability of Version 1.3 of their other performance management tools, including Wise-GUY, Pool-GUY, Space-GUY and Connection-MINER.
