*Xerox, Xchange Offer 1st CRM Solution in Latin America
Studies show that Brazil represents nearly half of Latin America's total economy and, according to Xerox, also represents a "real standout" opportunity for direct marketers.
"There's a growing consumer awareness in Brazil, and throughout Latin America," said Adrihana Gabriel, e-CRM solutions manager at Xerox Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. "Latin American firms are beginning to value customers like never before, and they're eagerly seeking solutions that will facilitate stronger, more profitable customer relationships."
The partnership was facilitated by MKTEC, a business-intelligence consulting firm in Brazil.
Jorge Geraldo, a partner at MKTEC, said Xerox selected Xchange because of its open platform architecture, extensive worldwide experience and proven ability to handle very large implementations on both a hosted and inhouse basis.
