VarsityBooks provides online and offline marketing services to reach the 18- to 24-year-old college demographic.

The online college textbook retailer will promote the three companies in electronic newsletters to its database, targeted e-mails to groups of college students and banner advertisements on its Web site.

VarsityBooks also will distribute product samples, coupons and other promotional materials to 750,000 college students nationwide through its student representative network and book shipments.
