USwitch.com has chosen TeaLeaf Technology Inc., a firm specializing in customer experience management services and its TeaLeaf CX solution to provide a comprehensive understanding of each customer journey on its Web site.

London-based uSwitch.com is a free, impartial online and phone based comparison and switching service that helps consumers compare prices on gas, electricity, home telephone, DTV, broadband providers and personal finance products.

San Francisco-based TeaLeaf said its TeaLeaf CX would provide uSwitch.com with a thorough understanding of all transactional processes on its Web site so that the company can address issues as they occur. This 360-degree view into its customers' experience will enable uSwitch.com to easily resolve issues and maximize customer satisfaction with each switch, TeaLeaf said.
