USA Networks, Turner Sports Interactive Form E-Commerce Partnership

USA Networks Inc. and Turner Sports Interactive have formed an e-commerce partnership between USAi's Electronic Commerce Solutions and Turner Sports Interactive, the companies said yesterday.


Under terms of the agreement, ECS will create and manage the operations of NASCAR's new online store at NASCAR.com, which is scheduled to relaunch this month. Turner Sports Interactive is the producer of NASCAR.com.


ECS will provide integrated marketing, database-driven offers, catalog development and promotions, all geared toward driving traffic to NASCAR.com. ECS will work exclusively with Styleclick, the USAi majority-owned e-commerce enabler, to build, design and merchandise the new NASCAR online store. NASCAR.com and the NASCAR store are relaunching under the direction of Turner Sports Interactive.
