Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, and Acxiom Corp. have joined forces to provide sports and entertainment facilities, universities and event organizers a measurable competitive edge by integrating Acxiom's Customer Data Integration and data enhancement capabilities with Ticketmaster's ticketing and customer relationship management systems.

Through the strategic alliance, Ticketmaster will offer venues, promoters and sports teams enhanced CRM services including Acxiom's Customer Data Integration technology as an added value with Ticketmaster's ticketing solutions and services.

Ticketmaster, headquartered in West Hollywood, CA, is the world's leading ticketing company, operating in 20 global markets, providing ticket sales, ticket resale services, marketing and distribution through www.ticketmaster.com, one of the largest e-commerce sites on the Internet; approximately 6,500 retail outlets; and 20 worldwide call centers.

Ticketmaster said the integration of Little Rock, AR-based Acxiom CDI with Ticketmaster's ticketing and CRM solutions will give Ticketmaster arts and entertainment and sports team clients a comprehensive and much more accurate understanding of their customers. Acxiom's data enhancement services will bring disparate data sources together to enable Ticketmaster clients across every event category to maximize the value of their data from direct and target marketing campaigns and ticket sales.
