Simpro introduces IVR platform for DRTVSimpro Solutions Inc., a Toronto-based provider of call center and CRM services, has launched an automated interactive voice response (IVR) portal for DRTV.
Key features of the tool include automated call distribution and call answering, real-time customer order, billing and fulfillment.
“We have a lot of clients that want us to answer calls for infomercials, but the challenge is how you manage them and staff them with the different times that the commercials air,” said Tony Nadra, president of Simpro. What this does is it automates the entire process and provides a blended solution, so when the agents are busy the automation takes over, and there's no loss of revenue because the customer information, including shipping and payment, is captured.”
Nadra said the Wearable Towel is one of the Simpro clients using the new tool.
