Siebel Systems Inc. has introduced eMedical 7, a suite of customer relationship management applications for the medical products industry.


The suite helps companies boost employee and partner productivity and reduce operating costs.


Siebel eMedical 7 supports the entire customer relationship life cycle, including sales and account management, product management and marketing, customer service, field service, distributor management, clinical trials management and employee relationship management.


The company said features include:


• Customer segmentation, enabling product marketing personnel to segment profitable customers through multichannel analytics, leading to more targeted, effective sales and marketing campaigns.


• Customer service/call centers, providing a consistent, 360-degree view of multichannel customer interactions, leading to consistent service and improved customer satisfaction.
