R.L. Polk to Provide Parts & Service Marketing Program To Support Toyota Retailers
Toyota selected R.L. Polk and its direct marketing products and services partner Direct Mail Express, Daytona Beach, FL to support up to 895 dealers throughout the United States. This turnkey program will incorporate service communications through the entire product lifecycle for more than 10 million Toyota owners. Over 600 dealerships currently participate in parts and service programs endorsed by Toyota. The new marketing program will launch in January 2001.
R.L. Polk currently manages Toyota's maintenance reminder program and provides specialized parts and service solutions to other automotive clients including American Honda, DaimlerChrysler, and Volvo.
