*Recognition, Braun Form Strategic Partnership
The partnership allows Recognition Systems to work with Braun to provide systems integration and consulting services to Recognition Systems' clients, enabling them to integrate Protagona -- Recognition Systems' flagship product -- into their technical infrastructure; and help them to execute their sales and marketing strategies.
Protagona offers a marketing process called Experience Management, which allows companies to deliver personalized marketing messages across all channels -- including the Web, call centers, direct sales and traditional direct marketing communications. Essentially, it helps clients create personalized communications and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data. Recognition Systems, which is headquartered in Birmingham, England -- but with U.S. headquarters in Chicago -- will work with Braun to help shape Protagona for strategic growth in the future and develop its next generation of products.

Michael Emerson, senior vice president of global marketing at Recognition Systems, said the emphasis on deploying effective CRM solutions "demands that application providers work more closely with systems integrators to deliver world-class solutions."
Braun and Recognition Systems also have strategic partnerships with Hyperion, an analytic application software provider.
