NEW YORK -- Quadstone, Boston, a customer intelligence software and services provider, unveiled Quadstone System 3.0, a software tool for predictive marketing, at the Annual DM Days New York conference here this week.


According to the company, the Quadstone System 3.0 enables marketers to deliver predictive analysis of customer behavior across all customer relationship management systems and marketing channels.


In addition, the release represents the full integration of all Quadstone software and applications into a single package that provides direct marketers with a complete view of customer behavior across all on-line and off-line marketing channels. This system includes al the required functionality for an analytical CRM system such as:


*A spreadsheet-like interface for business users to create customer behavior data;


*An open architecture to interface to CRM data to build an all-channel customer view;


*Pre-set data templates and best-practice guides for all key CRM applications;


*A visual interface for marketers to predict the most profitable CRM actions;


*Instant deployment of all customer behavior rules, scores and models into CRM operational systems


Pricing for the Quadstone System 3.0 starts at $120,000 and is contingent upon the number of customers under analysis.
