In an effort to enable businesses and government agencies to better manage their customer data, Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software has launched Customer Data Quality Platform.

Built on a service-oriented architecture framework, Group 1 Software's CDQ Platform delivers enhanced value and experience to meet the needs of agile businesses.

Lanham, MD-based Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software said the system matches and consolidates information from across enterprises into a single, comprehensive system of record. This allows for more effective customer communications, enhanced customer loyalty and more informed decision-making.

Pitney Bowes Group 1 said the CDQ Platform offers built-in understanding to resolve both syntactic and semantic ambiguities and inconsistencies with global name recognition and advanced entity resolution, coupled with best-of-breed global address data quality and industry-leading geocoding components.
