A number of list companies used List Day to introduce new products or new list acquisitions. Here is a rundown of the announcements:

* The Millard Group, Peterborough, NH, has been awarded management of the Genesis Direct list rental databases. Both the corporate and enhanced lifestyle databases of the growing catalog company contain 6 million names. Millard also participated with Mokrynski & Associates, Hackensack, NJ, Experian Direct Tech, Schaumburg, IL, and OrderTrust, Lowell, MA, in a seminar explaining the benefits of the RFMplus cooperative catalog database, which now is available to noncatalogers. RFMplus currently has 50 participants and is hoping to reach 100 by the fall DMA show. The database has added Z-24 database scoring and demographic and psychographic overlays from Experian.

* Jay Schwedelson, corporate vice president of Worldata, Boca Raton, FL, said the firm's List Track product has generated "a lot of traffic'' on its Web site,, since being unveiled Aug. 10. "A lot of brokers are surprised this hasn't been done before,'' he said. Worldata also has developed an e-mail marketing division called Esmart.
