Norkom Offers Online CRM Test

International customer relationship management provider Norkom Technologies, Boston, is offering organizations the opportunity to determine whether they are ready for CRM by filling out an online questionnaire.


Companies can take the "Are You Ready for CRM?" test by logging on to Norkom's recently redesigned Web site, www.norkom.com.


"By answering the questions in our interactive CRM audit, organizations will gain a better understanding and insight into the steps necessary for CRM success," said Paul Kerley, president/CEO of Norkom Technologies.


Participants are given detailed and tailored advice based on their individual answers and their overall score.


A Knowledge Net area -- a resource center for Norkom's Keep Your Customers series of booklets, latest research and other feature articles -- has been added to the Web site. In addition to the "Are You Ready for CRM?" quiz, a glossary of more than 40 CRM-related terms has been incorporated.
