NFL Partners With E.piphany for CRM

E.piphany Inc., San Mateo, CA, a customer relationship management software and services provider, said yesterday that it partnered with the National Football League to enhance the league's insight into its fan base.

The NFL and its 32 franchises will have desktop access to E.piphany's Web-based architecture to better understand its global fan base. The league also will use the E.piphany Insight analytic solution to gain more information about fan trends and behavior. The E.piphany system will help the NFL design personalized promotions and maximize customer service.
