Monster Selects Unica's Affinium
Monster will implement Affinium 6's customer predictive analysis and demand generation solutions, including campaign management for cross-channel execution, real-time interaction management and permission-based e-mail marketing. Monster expects to improve its consumer experience by delivering personalized and targeted offers and content based on each member's profile and interactions across all channels.
"A key aspect of the growth of the Monster brand has been our job seeker base," said Matthew Resteghini, director of consumer relationship marketing at Monster.
The homegrown system Monster currently uses has very limited personalization and targeting capabilities, he said. The company expects to begin the implementation process this month.
