MarketSoft Offers Referral Manager
Referral Manager uses active customer listening to capture customers' buying intentions, then refers the cross-sell opportunity to the salesperson best able to follow up. It includes components to create a referral, route it to the best salesperson and measure results.
The product also uses existing MarketSoft investments in data warehousing and predictive models, contact management and sales force automation tools. It also tracks referrals through closure.
Referral Manager has applications tailored for retail banks, brokerages, asset management and insurance companies. It will be available in the third quarter starting at $100,000.
