Intevo Unveils E-Mail Profiling System

Intevo, Inc. launched an Internet-based permission e-mail profiling system named Intevo Mail last month. The system is designed to manage a client's lists while also allowing them to target desirable demographics with the appropriate message and offer.


Users upload their database of e-mail addresses and demographic information into the Intevo system. From there they can develop and mail to the profile of the user they wish to reach. The system is password protected.


"We have developed a powerful, sophisticated permission-based marketing tool that takes them directly to their best customers," said Lance Miller, CEO of Intevo, Inc., New York. "It enables marketers in a cost-efficient and timely way to send and develop dialogues with their customer base that create lasting, profitable relationships."


Personalized text, html and multimedia e-mails can be sent using the system. Recipients will receive a message in the appropriate format depending on their computer's capabilities.


Profiles can be enhanced by integrating response data from prior and current campaigns. Links from the messages are trackable and click-through rates can be measured.


The fee for the system is a one-time subscription cost of $8,000 as well as a monthly volume fee. The minimum cost per month is roughly $4,000.
