Grey Healthcare Group, the healthcare marketing division of Grey Advertising, announced its acquisition yesterday of Consumer Health Sciences, a healthcare data company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The purchase will provide Grey Healthcare Group -- which includes GHG Advertising, Phase V Communications, International Meetings & Science, Insight Clinical Communications, GCI Healtchare Public Relations, Grey Healthcare West, Grey Healthcare Informatics, Events International Meeting Planners and ICS -- with in-depth consumer reported data in disease-specific categories to make its DTC advertising programs more effective.
