Forrester Debuts New TechRanking Category

Forrester Research has introduced Marketing Automation Application TechRankings. It is the sixth category in Forrester's e-business TechRankings service, which helps companies looking to focus more on marketing as a critical component of customer relationship management.

According to Forrester, the TechRankings service evaluates enterprises' software products through laboratory-based product testing, research, user interviews and objective analysis of global vendor offerings. TechRankings clients can use online tools to customize the research and rankings to focus on the most important criteria and vendors for their projects.

For this new TechRankings category, Forrester focuses on marketing automation applications that provide campaign management and customer data analysis.
