Salzman's experience includes international expansion, gained during his tenure at DoubleClick when he spearheaded the US-based company's spread into 24 countries.

He helped grow DoubleClick from a start-up to a firm with $500 million in revenue and over 3,000 employees worldwide at the time he left.

YCD delivers and manages dynamic programming and training applications for retail environments, working with brands including Philips, McDonald's, Giorgio Armani, Toyota, MasterCard and Hilton to create on-site media environments. The firm is backed by leading venture capital firms Pitango Ventures and Arts Alliance.

As CEO, Salzman will be based in New York with co-founder Noam Levavi, who will now assume the title of president, responsible for business development initiatives, media and product development strategy. Co-founder and chief technical officer Dani Zeevi will remain in Israel overseeing development and operations there.
