Epsilon Knows Marketing Score for Credit Issuers

Epsilon, Burlington, MA, a marketing solutions provider, introduced a high-performance prospect database-marketing platform yesterday to handle the large data requirements of credit issuers.

The proprietary platform, called the Strategic Credit Opportunity Recognition Engine, or SCORE, was developed for two of the nation's largest financial services companies and supports marketing campaigns against a database of nearly 300 million prospects. It allows credit issuers to test, analyze and execute large-scale customer acquisition campaigns rapidly using direct access to prospects' credit history while complying with Fair Credit Reporting Act guidelines.

According to Epsilon, SCORE allows credit issuers to:

•Better identify prospects and existing customers most likely to accept and use credit products.

• Reduce time-to-market for customer acquisition campaigns.

• Provide marketing users with direct access to vast amounts of credit-bureau sourced prospect data as well as external data sources to support analysis, queries and financial/risk management.

• Use all consumer data attributes while maintaining FCRA compliance.

• Combine prospects and customers into a single repository where sophisticated analytic techniques can be applied to identify high-potential prospects based on best-customer profiles.
