Epsilon elevates Paul Dundon to CFO

Database marketing technologies and services provider Epsilon has promoted Paul Dundon to chief financial officer from his current position as senior vice president of finance.

With more than 20 years of business accounting and operations experience, Epsilon said Mr. Dundon plays a critical role on Epsilon's management team as it continues to pursue growth and expansion opportunities in 2007 and beyond.

Mr. Dundon is based in Epsilon's Wakefield, MA, office and will continue to report directly to president/CEO Michael Iaccarino in the Dallas, TX, headquarters.

Founded in 1969, Epsilon comprises four business groups including strategic database services, interactive services (formerly Epsilon Interactive), agency and direct services, and data services (formerly CPC Associates Inc.).

Epsilon works with more than 700 brands and has offices throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. It is an Alliance Data Systems company.

As CFO, Mr. Dundon will continue working closely with the senior leadership team to direct Epsilon's strategic growth in the marketing services industry.

Under Mr. Dundon's watch last year, Epsilon experienced organic growth and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions including DoubleClick Email Solutions (now part of Epsilon's interactive services group), Big Designs Inc. (now part of the agency and direct services group) and CPC Associates (now Epsilon's data services group).

Late last month, Epsilon announced its intention to purchase Abacus in a $435 million, all-cash deal that is expected to close in the first quarter, following regulatory approval.

Prior to joining Epsilon in 1998, Mr. Dundon held senior positions within the financial and operational groups at Summit Technology and Data General. At both companies, he strategically managed business processes to transform them into drivers for new sales growth.

Mr. Dundon holds a bachelor of business administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
