The new version includes a feature that establishes a consistent view of each customer, based on data combined from all enterprise data sources. Information technology also includes an offer-qualification feature that automatically eliminates those offers that represent too great a risk to the company. Finally, the new version makes real-time offers based on the probability of offer acceptance, the value that the offer represents to the individual customer as well as the value the offer presents the company.
