Enterprise relationship marketing firms Customer Analytics Inc., Burlington, MA, and ActionSystems Inc., Dallas, announced their merger yesterday.

Robert Hall, CEO of ActionSystems will become chairman/CEO of the new company, which will retain the name Customer Analytics, and Evangelos Simoudis, founder of the former Customer Analytics, will serve as president.

"The marketplace is asking for end-to-end solutions and for large organizations with the financial presence and ability to build theses solutions," said Simoudis. "So, by the merger, we are really following the advice that many of our respective customers have given us. By integrating ActionSystems' deep industry content and business processes with [Customer Analystic's] eRM Central, we are significantly increasing the effective use of critical customer information throughout the enterprise to drive immediate results."

Currently the company is integrating the two products, and the "fruits of that integration will take place in late spring," Simoudis said.

The company also plans to expand in Latin America and in the Asia-Pacific region to continue its international growth.
