CRM Experts to Teach Data University's June Webinar
During the month, the experts will share through Data University's Insight Webinar Series methods to enhance CRM capabilities, quantitative techniques associated with fulfilling CRM requirements and provide real world examples of how CRM has worked in several industries.
"IBM, Siebel, Sony and Be-Now are some of the most noted companies in the world implementing or exploiting CRM methodologies," Mark Graham, president and co-founder of Data University, said in a statement.
Data University has more than 50 hours of recorded database marketing intellectual capital from industry experts. The Webinars, which are conducted weekly, are 60 minutes in length. Previous ones include discussion with officials from the U.S. Postal Service and a roundtable on data usage.
