Credit Union Chooses Fidelity Solution

Fidelity National Financial Inc. and its Fidelity Information Services division said yesterday that Virginia Credit Union selected Fidelity's MISER core processing system and ViewPoint suite of branch automation, business intelligence and CRM capabilities.


Fidelity National Financial, Jacksonville, FL, provides products and services to financial institutions and the real estate industry.


Virginia Credit Union, Richmond, VA, is one of the 75 largest credit unions in the country, with $1.2 billion in assets. It will use the comprehensive, integrated suite of Fidelity solutions to support its market growth and offer a wider array of service options to its 160,000 members.


An integral part of the MISER system, ViewPoint's branch automation, CRM and business intelligence capabilities offer a single, integrated business and member view. This will help Virginia Credit Union streamline service, identify cross-sell opportunities and attract new members.
