Compaq's eBusiness Solutions to Incorporate Engage Software

Engage, Andover, MA, signed a multimillion-dollar agreement yesterday with Compaq Computer Corp.'s Global Services, enabling Engage to incorporate its ProfileServer technology into Compaq's eBusiness solutions. As part of the agreement, Engage ProfileServer and Engage AdManager software will be made available to Compaq's Global 2000 and eBusiness customers. The firms have the ability to provide integrated online marketing solutions that allow businesses to manage prospect and customer relationships through the entire marketing life cycle. By using ProfileServer as the foundation, the eCRM solutions could include promotions, content, e-commerce, profiling, analytics, campaign management and CRM. ProfileServer will complement the software offered by Compaq Global Services, including Broadvision and Microsoft Commerce Server 2000.
