Circuit City Stores Selects Xchange for eCRM
Circuit City has purchased the Xchange 4.0 solution suite to enhance customer communications by providing consistent measurement of customer relationships and marketing performance. Circuit City purchased the software in the second quarter this year.
Circuit City selected the Xchange 4.0 solution to replace its smaller, internally-developed customer relationship management system in response to the increasing complexity of the customer communication process. With Xchange 4.0, Circuit City will have the analytical capabilities to predict, measure and interpret customer behavior and use that information to plan, automate and measure personalized customer communications campaigns.
"No two Circuit City customers are the same, and by implementing Xchange 4.0 we can ensure that individual customers' preferences and needs are met," said Paul Swenson, vice president at Circuit City. "By coordinating customer communications, we believe we can strengthen customer relationships and increase sales per customer."
