Cintas Corp. Chooses Unica for BTB Campaigns

Unica Corp., a provider of analytical CRM and marketing automation services, said yesterday that Cintas Corp. is using its Affinium software to manage its worldwide business-to-business marketing campaigns.


Cincinnati-based Cintas is a company that designs, manufactures and rents corporate identity uniforms. Cintas also provides a wide range of ancillary services including entrance mats, sanitation supplies, clean-room services and first aid products and services.


A modular, cross-channel marketing suite, Affinium provides data mining and predictive modeling, customer interaction and campaign management, real-time personalization, and reporting.


Cintas will use Affinium to deliver targeted, personalized marketing information and offers to its business customers and prospects, increasing campaign effectiveness and ROI.


Braun Consulting of Chicago worked with Lincoln-MA-based Unica to integrate Affinium with other elements of Cintas' CRM and customer interaction channels.


"Because Affinium was able to work in our dynamic environment, we were able to deploy the system more quickly than possible with other marketing solutions," said William Goetz, Cintas' vice president of marketing and merchandising. "For us, that was a real advantage."
