Broadbase Software, Saratoga Systems Sign Resale Deal

Saratoga Systems Inc., San Jose, CA, agreed to integrate its Avenue customer relationship management software with Broadbase Software Inc.'s closed-loop analytic and campaign automation applications.

The resale agreement will enable Saratoga's customers to use the operational and analytic capabilities of Broadbase, Menlo Park, CA, to execute marketing campaigns, improve online merchandising and content, increase Web site stickiness and personalize customer interactions.
