Annuncio Enhances e-Marketing Platform in MicroStrategy Deal

MicroStrategy Inc., McLean, VA, a business intelligence software provider, said yesterday that strategic partner Annuncio Software is using MicroStrategy 7 to strengthen the analytical capabilities of the Annuncio e-Marketing Platform.


Annuncio, Mountain View, CA, has integrated the advanced analytics of the MicroStrategy platform into its operational e-marketing offering, allowing marketers to obtain insight into customer relationships.


The Annuncio e-Marketing Platform includes applications for dialogue and Web site marketing that helps companies build customer relationships that are proactive, personalized, ongoing and optimized.


In addition, the existing e-Marketing Platform lets marketers plan, design and execute dialogue and Web site marketing. The new analytics, however, will enable marketers to analyze customer preferences, response history, purchase history and data from other CRM applications such as call center, sales force automation, customer service and Web tracking.
