Allurent partners with Omniture

Allurent Inc. has partnered with Omniture to help online retailers measure the real value of their online stores by providing improved analytics for rich Internet applications.

Under the partnership, Cambridge, MA-based Allurent's product suite of applications for commerce, including Allurent Buy, will be integrated with Orem, UT-based Omniture's ActionSource.

Allurent Buy is an application for major online retailers that increases conversion rates and transaction sizes by providing rich features throughout a site starting with the ability to quickly view product details and select product configurations.

Once in the site's checkout area, Allurent Buy consolidates all information relating to the merchandise and the customer's personal information on one page, ensuring that all details remain accessible throughout the entire checkout process. This makes order verification easy for the customer while eliminating the possibility of losing information since the customer never has to leave the page they are on, according to Allurent.

Omniture ActionSource enables retailers to track these conversion improvements achieved using Allurent Buy, allowing retailers to better understand their customers and optimize their online experience.
